On Friday, October 18th, please join us in welcoming Joe Sinfield, Professor of Civil Engineering and Director of the Institute of Innovation Science. Joe will discuss his observation of Finding a Lower-Risk path to High-Impact Innovations. His research areas include civil and geoenvironmental engineering, along with innovation and business management. Please join us in RAWL 2070 from 11:30-12:20 to explore and attain a grasp of this topic.

This speaker series will take place every Friday of the fall semester, connecting Daniels School students, faculty, and staff with industry pioneers in technology advances, applications, and innovations. The weekly presentations allow an inside understanding of Purdue’s contributions to emerging business models, infrastructure, and policy across varied spaces like agriculture, aviation, cybersecurity, civil engineering, education, human resources, and physics.
