Strategic Management Seminar Speaker featuring Marco Testoni

Marco Testoni is an assistant professor of strategy at Miami Herbert Business School. Before joining the University of Miami, he was an assistant professor at Tilburg University. He received his Ph.D. in Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a MSc from Bocconi University, a MSc from Copenhagen Business School, and a B.S. from Bocconi University. His research focuses on corporate strategy, with particular interest in mergers and acquisitions, and investigates factors that affect firms’ ability to appropriate value from acquisitions. His research has been published in the Strategic Management Journal and has received scholarly awards, including the Wiley Blackwell Outstanding Dissertation Award in Strategic Management and the Best Corporate Strategy Interest Group Proposal Award at the Strategic Management Society Annual Conference.
