Dean Bullard marked one year as the Daniel School’s dean on August 15. He comes to Purdue from theFederal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where he served as the sitting president and chief executive officer for 15 years. He helped guide U.S. monetary policy as part of the Federal Open Market Committee, and served as an honorary professor of economics at Washington University in St. Louis.
At Purdue, Bullard is a special advisor to the university president. He also recently joined PURCE as a faculty affiliate. At our luncheon, he’ll share his insights on the current state of the economy and his expectations for future global trade, inflation, financial markets and more.
