The Purdue University Research Center in Economics (PURCE) is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2023! We invite you to join us for a faculty talk, catered lunch, and Q&A on innovation and real estate markets.
Dr. Relihan is a researcher in the areas of real estate, urban economics, and household finance. Her interests include understanding how technological innovations reshape the distribution of economic activity across space and the implications for local economic performance and welfare.
She will discuss the impacts of innovation in mortgage contract design, the rise of online retail, and the adoption of work-from-home technology as well as the public policies that are likely to enhance the benefits of these innovations relative to their costs.
RESESRVATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND. Please RSVP by March 17.
Parking is available in the nearby Grant Street Parking Garage, and we’re happy to provide a parking pass at check-in upon request.
