Lifelong Learning: Uncovering and Understanding How to Leverage Your Strengths

 

Join the Purdue for Life Foundation for this in-person professional-development workshop led by Erin Slater (HHS’02) and Beth Rashleigh from Intentional Coaching + Consulting.

 

During “Uncovering and Understanding How to Leverage Your Strengths,” Slater and Rashleigh will use the StrengthsFinder assessment to help you focus on what you do best. You will learn to build trust, improve communication, and build stronger relationships. The StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment is included in your registration.

 

Slater is the CEO and founder of Intentional Coaching + Consulting, which offers coaching and training to leaders and their teams. She is a certified professional coach and master practitioner in the Energy Leadership Index. For six years, Slater was the CEO of College Mentors for Kids, which received two Indiana Achievement Awards and attention from the Martha Stewart Show.

 

Rashleigh leads operations at Intentional Coaching + Consulting and is an expert facilitator. She is the author of Crisis Proof Leadership and has spent nearly two decades supporting leaders. Rashleigh is also a certified professional coach and master practitioner in the Energy Leadership Index.

 

The cost to attend this workshop is $60. Refreshments will be offered, and registration begins at 9 a.m.
