Join the Purdue for Life Foundation for this in-person professional-development workshop, featuring Andy Drude, chief strategy officer for Profile, LLC.

As he presents “Knowing Self, Knowing Others: Becoming a Better Leader,” Drude will share how workplaces can improve their teamwork, communication, and productivity by using the DiSC® assessment.

Over the course of this session, attendees will learn how to:

· Enhance their self-awareness in order to be a more effective leader;

· Communicate better with their team;

· And leverage each of their team members’ strengths to become a successful unit.

Drude is a special advisor, public speaker, and talent strategist for elite corporations, collegiate athletic departments, and the Dallas Cowboys. His programs are derived from two decades of college coaching, corporate leadership, and analysis of thousands of behavioral profiles from today’s most successful athletes, coaches, and organizational leaders.
