Lafayette Citizens Band Memorial Day Concert

Join us for the season opening concert of the Lafayette Citizens Band’s 182^nd season on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27 at 7:30 p.m. at the Columbian Park – Memorial Island Amphitheater in Lafayette. The new location provides ample parking, excellent acoustics, a sound system, restroom facilities, interesting architecture, and a beautiful setting. Best of all, the renovations include built-in seating - and the concert is free!

The Lafayette Citizens Band is one of the oldest continuously operating community bands in the United States. We are a group of musicians who enjoy keeping tradition, music and the arts alive and well in the Lafayette community. Many of us are neighbors, coworkers, and friends, but we enjoy the chance to perform for you throughout the summer.
