Lafayette Citizens Band Free Concerts

Join us for the Lafayette Citizens Band's 182nd season of providing music on Thursday nights (June 6-August 1) at 7:30 p.m. at the Columbian Park – Memorial Island Amphitheater in Lafayette. The new location provides ample parking, excellent acoustics, a sound system, restroom facilities, interesting architecture, and a beautiful setting. Best of all, the renovations include built-in seating.

The concerts feature an eclectic mix of marches, classical, and pops arrangements for band. The Lafayette Citizens Band is one of the oldest continuously operating community bands in the United States. We are a group of musicians who enjoy keeping tradition, music and the arts alive and well in the Lafayette community. Many of us are neighbors, coworkers, and friends, but we enjoy the chance to perform for you throughout the summer. Come join us!
