About this Event
This workshop will provide an introduction to Universal Design and how it can be applied to your course and any course materials so that they are accessible to as many learners as possible.
A common misconception is that nobody has time to make things accessible. While it does take additional labor, doing groundwork up front to make things accessible will, in reality, save time later.
Workshop topics include Brightspace Accessibility, Accessible Documents, and Course Design Tips & Tricks.
Purdue University is committed to creating a campus that is fully accessible to all and to eliminating barriers for people with disabilities. To request an accommodation for this session, please email us at TLT@purdue.edu.
