 ritchard\, US Census Bureau \n\nDavid is an economist at the United States
  Census Bureau in the Center for Economic Studies\, where he applies his s
 kills and knowledge in data analysis and inference to produce reliable and
  relevant economic statistics and research. He received his PhD in Economi
 cs from Texas A&M University in 2022 and holds an MS in Economics from Pur
 due University and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Central Flor
 ida.\nHis research aims to understand and inform public policy’s economi
 c and social impacts\, using diverse empirical strategies to measure the c
 ausal effects of policies. His research specifically focuses on crime\, he
 alth\, and educational outcomes. In his free time\, David enjoys traveling
 \, watching and playing sports\, and exploring the outdoors. \n\n \n\nWho
