The Executive Forum is open to the public, as seating permits, and provides opportunities for the exchange of ideas and discussion of topics and issues facing business and management.

Tracy Page serves as Executive Vice President of Mulhaupts, Inc., a multi-disciplinary provider of integrated security, access control, overhead doors, architectural hardware, and life-safety solutions throughout Indiana. Founded in 1876, Mulhaupts has evolved from a small service shop into a trusted statewide leader offering hollow metal fabrication, commercial overhead doors, electronic security, locksmithing, and 24/7 technical support. Tracy plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and team development as it continues its long legacy of growth and service.

Tracy’s connection to Mulhaupts spans her entire professional journey. She began her career with the company in 1989 as a project manager and purchasing specialist, advancing into senior project management and corporate leadership roles. During her initial 14-year tenure, she managed multimillion-dollar contract hardware projects for major institutional clients including Purdue University, Indiana University, Eli Lilly & Co., Methodist Hospital, and state correctional facilities. She collaborated closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop hardware specifications, ensure code compliance, conduct field surveys, and deliver solutions that met life-safety, accessibility, and performance requirements.

In 2003, Tracy expanded her career into regional and national roles across the industry — serving as a specification consultant for Allegion, later consulting independently, and then joining ASSA ABLOY in increasingly senior architectural leadership positions. Over more than 20 years, she led consulting teams, developed architectural strategy, and supported specification practice across multiple markets before returning to Mulhaupts in 2024 to help guide the company’s continued advancement.

A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design, Tracy maintains long-standing memberships with the Door and Hardware Institute (Hoosier Chapter), where she served as president, vice president, and secretary, and has contributed to committee and leadership initiatives. She is also an active member of the Construction Specifications Institute, the U.S. Green Building Council Indiana Chapter, and the Indiana Chapter of IIDA. Her professional involvement includes participation in continuing education programs and national leadership conferences, reflecting her commitment to knowledge-sharing and industry standards.

Tracy is also deeply engaged in her community. She serves as President Elect for the Associated Women Business Owners (AWBO), a 2026 Board Member for United Way, a Circle of 1875 Member for the Franciscan Health Foundation, and a Board Member for The Marquis Foundation.

Recognized for her ability to bridge technical expertise with organizational leadership, Tracy is passionate about industry education, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and developing high-performing teams. Her leadership approach is positive and collaborative, always keeping “ONE TEAM” in mind, ensuring alignment across people, projects, and organizational goals while navigating evolving code requirements, technology innovations, and customer expectations.

Tracy’s career and community engagement reflect a commitment to excellence, service, and building lasting impact — both within her organization and throughout the broader Indiana community.
