Executive Forum with Steven Emch, President of Orr Fellowship

The Executive Forum is open to the public, as seating permits, and provides opportunities for the exchange of ideas and discussion of topics and issues facing business and management.

Steven Emch serves as the President of Orr Fellowship, a renowned two-year post-graduate program dedicated to developing the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs in Indiana.  He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operations of the program across its Indianapolis and Evansville regions.  Steven's vision focuses on providing high-achieving college graduates with transformative professional development, critical networking, and unique opportunities to accelerate their careers.

Prior to joining Orr Fellowship in August 2022, he oversaw Venture Development and Entrepreneurship Planning at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and gained valuable experience in software sales at the Orr Fellow-founded company, Lessonly.  Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree from Grand Canyon University and is deeply committed to community service; currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Shepherd Community Center, Winamac Early Learning Academy, and the Indianapolis Zoo.  He lives in Zionsville with his wife, Paige, two boys, Edison and Sutton, with a third child due in February 2026.
