Executive Forum with Kristen Nagel, Director Leadership Development for Accenture

The Executive Forum is open to the public, as seating permits, and provides opportunities for the exchange of ideas and discussion of topics and issues facing business and management.

With over 28 years of experience working for Accenture, Kristen has had the opportunity to work in Management Consulting in the Human Performance space, Sales, HR and Talent Development, and most recently in Accenture’s Song organization.

Kristen is currently a global operations director for Accenture’s Design and Digital Products group. With this role she works with creative teams to bring new, proactive origination ideas to Accenture’s clients in the customer growth area.  With this role, she is able to work with Accenture’s largest “Diamond” clients, which includes 92 of the Fortune 100 Companies.

Previous to this role, Kristen worked in global Leadership Development, leading the StrengthsFinder design and implementation effort for Accenture where over 700k people worldwide have taken the assessment.  She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and uses that training to do 1:1 coaching and team training.  Her top 5 strengths are: Individualization, Responsibility, Arranger, Learner, and Achiever.

Throughout her tenure with Accenture, Kristen has consistently worked with recruiting at Purdue, interviewing, hosting events, and judging case competitions.

Kristen is a mother of 3 boys, based in Indianapolis, and enjoys making change happen across the globe from her little office ‘in the cornfields’.
