Korie Nash is senior vice president, Human Resources, for Eaton’s corporate functions, where she leads global HR strategy and helps shape the talent, leadership and organizational strategies that support Eaton’s continued growth. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, she works across the enterprise to advance business transitions, strengthen collaboration and build high-performing teams. 
 

Throughout more than two decades in HR leadership, Korie Nash has led through significant transformation — including large-scale organizational redesigns, talent management initiatives, leadership development and M&A integration. Her experience includes senior HR leadership roles across Eaton’s Industrial Sector, Electrical Sector Americas Region and Crouse-Hinds Division, as well as earlier leadership roles with Cooper Industries. 
 

A Purdue University graduate, Korie Nash is passionate about developing leaders and advancing the HR profession through mentorship, strategic partnership and a strong focus on building cultures that deliver meaningful business results.
