The Executive Forum is open to the public, as seating permits, and provides opportunities for the exchange of ideas and discussion of topics and issues facing business and management.

 

 

Jenna K. Felli is Associate Vice President of Toxicology at Eli Lilly and Company.  In addition to advising senior management, her responsibilities include developing new decision-making tools and engaging in applied research and internal consulting.  Jenna’s current research interests focus on the modeling and analysis of stochastic multi-criteria decision problems, enriching communication between analysts and non-analysts, and developing new capacity and planning models. Prior to joining Lilly, Jenna served as Associate Professor of Decision Science with the Defense Resources Management Institute of the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.

 

Jenna has served in leadership positions in the Decision Analysis Society of INFORMS, the Decision Analysis Affinity Group, and the Society of Decision Professionals. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University and two masters degrees, one in Management Science from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and one in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Her research has been published in numerous professional journals including Medical Decision Making, Journal of Pharmacological and Toxicological Methods, Interfaces, European Journal of Operational Research, Military Operations Research, Health Economics, and Decision Analysis.

 

In addition to her endeavors at Lilly, Jenna owns and operates two small businesses. In 2011, she founded Devious Weasel Games to manufacture and market her boutique game designs. Her catalogue includes titles such as Shadows of Malice, The Mirroring of Mary King, and Cosmic Frog. In 2023, Jenna launched InkVane Portal and InkVane Press to publish her first novel, Serpent Ascending. She intends to use InkVane imprints to publish independent poetry and fiction by minority authors.

 

Jenna lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a Newfie that adores her, three cats that tolerate her, and too-many electric guitars.
