Charles Elwood holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. Initially enrolled in the MBA program, he transitioned to the one-year MSIA track to better balance academic demands.

Charles’s career began as a systems engineer, progressing to project management roles and eventually Director of Project Management at NBE, where he led initiatives for renowned organizations such as Delphi Automotive, GE Appliances, and Johnson Controls. Driven by a passion for data, he pivoted to data analytics, initially consulting as a Power BI data analyst, before founding his own company five years ago.

Three years ago, Charles earned the prestigious title of Microsoft AI MVP, marking a significant shift in focus towards artificial intelligence. This expertise has positioned him at the forefront of AI-driven solutions and industry thought leadership. In November 2024, Charles will join a U.S. Commercial Services trade mission to the Philippines and Indonesia, with a key highlight being a visit to Nusantara—Indonesia’s new capital, emerging as Jakarta faces critical environmental challenges.
