Her work explores how individuals make decisions in strategic and social contexts, particularly
when uncertainty or fairness concerns influence behavior.
Her presentation will focus on her recent paper, “Stochastic Choices in Giving: Theories and
Experiments,” which explores why individuals prefer to randomize their decisions in social settings. The paper investigates how people balance fairness, responsibility, and moral uncertainty when determining how much to give. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of stochastic decision-making and its implications for theories of social preferences and behavioral economics
