May Kate is an Assistant Research Professor of Economics and works in the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) at Notre Dame. Her research focuses on domestic poverty, including its connection to homelessness, crime, labor markets, and health care. Mary Kate is also a graduate of Purdue University PhD economics.
She will be presenting The Baby Boom and Black Economic Progress.
