Speaker: John Gerberich, Partner at IBM

John Gerberich is a partner at IBM Consulting where he leverages his education and expertise to serve clients in life sciences and consumer products industries across strategy, operations, IT, and experience. In his 14 years with the firm, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, including senior managing consultant and associate partner.
At Purdue, John pursued a BS in Economics and interned with Steak ‘n Shake. Upon graduation in 2003, he joined the company full-time, serving in roles in operations and HR while building skills in process improvement, talent development, and P&L management. After six years with the restaurant chain, he earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and joined IBM. John is based in Palatine, IL, where he resides with his wife and son. When not working, he enjoys following the Boilermakers and spending time with his family.
