Dennis J. Weidenaar Classroom Business Enterprise (CBE) Showcase

Students from Indiana K–12 schools will showcase businesses they created through the Classroom Business Enterprise (CBE) program at the Dennis J. Weidenaar CBE Showcase on Wednesday, April 1, from 10 a.m. to noon in Rawls Hall 3011 (100 S. Grant St.) at Purdue University’s Mitch Daniels School of Business in West Lafayette. The free, public event features student entrepreneurs displaying products and explaining how they designed, produced, marketed and sold them, while receiving feedback from Purdue and local business experts. The program, coordinated by the Purdue Center for Economic Education, gives classrooms real startup funds and hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, with proceeds from product sales donated to nonprofits and used to support future projects. Visitor parking is available in the nearby Grant Street Parking Garage.  Registration is not required to attend.
