Center for Healthy Living (CHL) Open House

The CHL open house is a great opportunity to learn more about the services offered, meet the providers and tour the clinic. At the CHL, you are at the center of all they do! The CHL provides preventive care, sick care, sports physicals, health coaching, dietitian services, telehealth options, wellness programs, Healthy Boiler workshops, medication therapy management (MTM) and more to all benefits-eligible employees and dependents covered on a Purdue health plan.
