Big Ten Women's* Case Competition

Why is there an asterisk after Women’s*? Because it’s simpler to write Women’s than to write the case competition that addresses the diversity, equity and belonging issues that make the workplace a better environment for people of all sexes and genders, but that’s what we want to explore in this competition. Why Big Ten? Because that’s a short hand for the 18 schools that make up the best conference in the United States. We like efficiency. But we also like making a difference and we think you do, too. That’s why you’re invited to send your best undergraduate team to compete in a competition that will address real-world issues related to creating a work place that is a more equitable place for women. Your team will be challenged to create a real-world solution that works and keeps women in the workplace in a meaningful way.
