Purdue alums Michael Monte and Harry Vickers Toll will share their successes and challenges in the financial and engineering worlds, providing career and life lessons learned along the way.

Michael Monte has 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily in corporate and investment banking. Before joining East Wind Advisors, an industry-specialized boutique investment bank, he worked for firms including Bank of America and JP Morgan. Michael is a member of the Daniels School Alumni Board.

Harry Vickers Toll has also enjoyed a 40-year career, building and leading successful businesses and investments in a range of capital-intensive industries. Before forming H.F.Vickers, a private capital management firm, he managed two multi-billion-dollar private equity and asset management businesses. Early in his career, Harry served as an officer in the United States Navy.
